Delivery Company
We use Kinetic Logistics for all our home
deliveries.
Kinetic Logistics is an integrated furniture
delivery company, with a UK wide home
distribution network. All deliveries are
electronically tracked, and collections and
drops are booked in advance. Well trained staff
ensure a reliable, professional and careful
service. Kinetic Logistics is a market leader in
its field. Combining high technology with a
personal approach equates to superior service in
all aspects of the delivery process.
Shipping Policy
All deliveries are undertaken within 30 days
from the point of order of in stock items. A
member of our friendly staff will contact you
1-3 days before your delivery to confirm the
time and date. On the day of delivery, the
driver will contact you 1 hour prior to arrival
to confirm the exact time (so you don’t have to
wait in all day).
With regards to delivery arrangements, the
customer will be informed of an impending
delivery via telephone or email, a minimum of
two days in advance of the delivery date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure
that they are available, or have made the
necessary arrangements to accept the product on
the stated delivery date. In order to keep
delivery costs low, our couriers only make one
attempt at delivery. If the customer is unable
to accept the delivery on the first attempt, a
second delivery charge will be levied
If you ordered a heavy/bulky item, make
sure you have someone who can help with this.
Customers please note that our insurance policy
only covers us for delivery to your door, and
does not extend to moving furniture up steps or
inside the property. As a result, although our
friendly drivers will be of assistance wherever
possible, we cannot be held responsible for any
damage caused.
In most cases, we operate a one-man delivery
service, so please ensure that help is available
particularly if you have ordered large or bulky
items.
